Thanks to those who came out to join us for our free Lasagna Gardening Demo! We had a good time eating locally foraged wild greens and nuts pesto and drinking hot toddies while getting our hands dirty with some lasagna gardening! It was a great way to celebrate our Feasting in Times of Winter Scarcity blog series.
And… Elizabeth ended up with a beautiful lasagna bed to get her front yard garden career started right!
